Every year we adapt and improve our range of menus based on the best produce the market can offer; 2012 will be no different. James McSkimming, our executive chef, has produced our seasonal menus to reflect a fusion of influences. James's philosophy is simple " let the produce be the feature, not the sauces or the garnishes."
A combination of canapés and standing buffets were a popular option for last year. This style of food service eliminates those long, long queues while providing a great variety of different treats from the different buffets. Each buffet stations can be themed to suit the event
